If it's important enough to you FOR THE RIGHT REASONS, you will always find a way.Im not going to stop before I find myself in the shape that I want to be in. Your goal is to be self-disciplined, so discipline yourself. Bo M, First off, I'm normally a lurker here and don't say anything for fear of telling someone the wrong thing and having them injure themselves but I cannot stay quiet on this one. I don't care if it's Arnold himself up in there..he's doing an exercise that I find interesting or don't know what it's for, I ask.Secondly, I am no "bodybuilder" by any stretch of the imagination - I'm 31, 6'1", 220, ~23-25% BF - so take my words with a grain of salt. I haven't found a person yet that's not willing to take a minute and explain.Get into the gym and find the dude (or woman, doesn't matter) squatting the most of anyone in the gym, benching the most, deadlifting the most, and go introduce yourself. As for how I know it works: In 2007, I started lifting at Gold's Gym in Arizona with a friend from work.Look for the guys with chalk on their hands and back and legs and arms that look like tree trunks. I don't care if they're squatting 500+ lbs..you show effort and motivation, they'll strip that weight off to just the bar each round if they have to. After a few times I conjured up the courage (I'm an introvert) to go talk to the guy doing the heavy lifting.
